Ffresh is hosting a workshop about how to successfully direct actors on screen run by Film Nation.
Taking place on Thursday, February 9th at the Newport Film School from 10 – 4pm the workshop aims to equip you with the skills to direct actors on set. It is a rare opportunity to work in an informal setting with a professional director and actors, who will tell all on how they like to be treated, tips to get them to do what you want, and guidance about working on set. There will also be the chance to work alongside a professional camera operator, teaching you the basic skills to frame, plan and shoot a scene. Taking part in the workshop will also give first time filmmakers the opportunity to work with likeminded young people to share ideas and collaborate with.
Spaces are limited to only 20 people so book now (by sending an email to james@ffresh.com) to make sure you don’t miss out.
